CrossFit classes will increase your power, strength, agility, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, flexibility, stamina, and coordination.
MET (Metabolic Enhancement Training) circuits are anaerobic in nature; they consist of functional, traditional movements taking advantage of all different sports and training systems. MET circuits are performed in an interval training format with emphasis on speed and range of motion creating incredible metabolic demands taxing both the body’s muscular and cardiovascular systems. |
